Mastering Manual Mode

Are you an aspiring photographer, or someone who just purchased their first DSLR or Mirrorless camera and wants to learn how to take incredible photographs without relying on the camera's auto settings, which are ultimately holding you back? You've come to the right place!! I offer a three-part mentoring session, to include hands-on, and in-person learning and understanding about your camera's iso, aperture, and shutter speed settings. We begin with basic education, move to hands on learning, and end with a real-life client setting. We also go over focal lengths in lenses, which ones to invest in, and when to use them in varying scenarios.

3 total invested hours valued at $350.00 plus tax over the course of one month. Payment due in full at time of first course.

One-on-one Mentoring

Are you looking to take your photography to the next level and are overwhelmed with where to begin, or with how many areas of improvement that you're feeling pressured by?! Well, I make this easy, and I ask you to select three things at a time that you would like to improve on. These can be anything from further understanding your camera settings/lenses along with when and where to use them, to understanding lighting (both indoor or outdoor), to posing/composition (with individuals or groups), business basics such as using social media or pricing breakdown, basic LightRoom editing, and hands-on photography scenarios or in-person business shadowing.

Investment begins at $550.00 plus tax for a total of four one-hour mentoring sessions over the course of 2-3 months. Total is subject to change depending on specific needs, and hours can be grouped together. Payments can be broken down into three payments or paid in full.

Portfolio Review

As a previous and current judge for some of the largest photography competitions, and certifications in the world, I can offer expert advice and critique on how to improve your photography through a review of your current portfolio. Once your portfolio is created for review, I will sit down in-person, on the phone, or over Zoom for a one-on-one 1 or 2 hour review of your work depending on the size of your portfolio. Covering everything from proper exposure triangle, composition and cohesion, posing, lighting, camera settings, and creativity/artistry. I will give detailed information on the strengths that I see, as well as helpful critique on how to become even stronger.
